Saif
Designs it, builds it, ships it.
He started with a broken thing. Multiple spreadsheets in his uncle's computer left him with hours of analyzing to finish one task.
He fixed it in an afternoon and then spent a week making it faster, which nobody had asked for and nobody noticed, and that turned out to be the part he could not stop doing.
- The first yearBuilt things nobody used and learned more from that than from the ones that worked.
- The turnStopped taking work he could not finish alone, and the work got better immediately.
- The ruleOne project at a time. Two is how a studio becomes a queue.
- The habitMeasures everything. Half the things that look right are not, and the other half were never the problem.
He still opens every project by finding the thing that has been wrong long enough to look normal.
